Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement upper hose for Bissell upright vacuums comes complete with both end fittings already attached, so it connects directly into the factory hose path with no extra cuffs to source. The upper hose is the section that runs along the top of the vacuum body toward the wand and attachment port, and when it cracks or its ends wear loose, you lose suction at the tools and hear air leaking. A fresh hose with sealed ends restores a tight, full-power connection.
