Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Canavac / Hayden power unit mounting bracket (Part #811805), the wall support that holds your central vacuum canister firmly in place. It is engineered to fit the Canavac/Hayden SV-series power units, including the SV9000, SV7000, and SV5000.

The bracket fastens to the wall of a mechanical room or garage and the power unit hooks onto it, keeping the canister level and elevated for safe dirt-bin emptying and motor access. A secure mount also limits vibration transfer to the wall, which keeps the system running quietly.
