Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The white Central Vac Air Relief Valve (Part #10002) is a small but essential safety component for your central vacuum power unit. It regulates internal suction pressure by automatically venting excess air, preventing the motor from overheating or overworking when airflow becomes restricted by a clog, a closed inlet, or a kinked hose.

When suction inside the canister climbs too high, the relief valve opens to draw in cooling air. This keeps the vacuum motor within its safe operating range and helps extend its service life. It is a routine wear-and-replace part for most central vacuum systems.
