Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This central vacuum floor mounting adapter (Part #030030-050) is the bracket you need to install an inlet valve directly into a floor instead of a wall. It provides a solid, properly aligned mounting surface for the valve so the connection stays flush and airtight in floor-level applications. Sold each and packaged 50 per case for installers.

  • Purpose: Mounts a central vacuum inlet valve in the floor

  • Application: Ideal where a wall inlet isn't practical — islands, baseboards, and floor-level installs
