Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement end cap fits the motorized brush bar on Dyson cordless stick vacuums, covering the DC59, DC62, and V6 models. The cap closes off the end of the brush bar, holding it in alignment within the direct-drive cleaner head and keeping hair and dust out of the bearing.

On cordless Dysons the end cap takes a beating each time you clear wrapped hair from the brush bar, and a cracked or missing cap can let the bar rattle or prevent the head from locking together. A new cap (Part #12-1500-59) restores a secure, properly sealed brush-bar mount.
