Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 7-foot electric hose is a build or repair component for a Harry electric cleaning kit, and its handle is shaped like a gas pump grip, following the Wessel-Werk Retro design. That pistol-grip shape puts the trigger and hand position where a Harry-style setup expects it, setting this hose apart from a standard straight-grip electric hose.

It is supplied as hose and handle only. There is no machine hose end fitted at the vacuum side and no pigtail power cord on it, which is what makes it a component rather than a finished kit hose. You supply those two pieces, either by transferring them off the hose you are replacing or by ordering them alongside this one.

Because those ends are left off, note what your own setup uses before you buy. Check the shape of the machine-end fitting your inlet accepts, and whether brush power reaches the nozzle through a plug-in cord or through low-voltage contacts in the handle, so the parts you keep will mate with this hose body.

Laying the worn hose beside the new one during the transfer is the simplest way to get orientation and wiring right. If you are assembling a kit from scratch rather than repairing one, budget for the machine end and the cord as separate line items instead of expecting them in the box.
