Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

The roller's bristles physically beat the carpet to loosen embedded dust, pet hair and grit so the airflow can lift it away, making the brush roll one of the most replaced wear parts on a busy household vacuum.
