Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replace a worn agitator on your Eureka/Electrolux upright power team with this complete brush roll assembly (Part #16136-2). The assembly ships ready to install with brush bar and end bearings, so you simply lift out the old roll and drop in the new one. The spinning bristles work the carpet to release ground-in dirt, dust, and pet hair for the vacuum to pull away.

This brush roll fits the Eureka/Electrolux upright/power team (UPT) models EL8805, EL8807, EL8811, and EL8812, and is cross-referenced under part number EL30B. If your carpet pickup has dropped off, the bristles look flat, or the roll binds, this assembly restores proper agitation.
