Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement brush roll assembly restores agitation to the Eureka Pronto 2-in-1 stick and hand vacuum. The compact powered roller sweeps up pet hair, crumbs and surface debris on bare floors and low-pile rugs, and its small bristles are prone to clogging with hair over time. Part #98-6061-003 is a complete, ready-to-fit agitator for the early Pronto series.
