Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Molded with a dotted grip pattern, this Eureka Style U flat belt, part 20-3105-01, is built for the Eureka Bravo and Victory upright lines, connecting the motor to the brush roll.

The raised dots give the belt extra grip against the brush roll shaft compared with a plain smooth belt, which matters most once a belt has been in service a while and starts to lose tension. A belt that still looks intact can still be slipping enough to cost real cleaning performance, so if agitation feels weak, it is worth checking even before the belt shows visible cracking.

Replace the Style U belt once the brush roll no longer keeps pace with the motor, restoring the agitation that pulls dirt up out of carpet fibers rather than just passing over it.
