Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This complete brushroll assembly is the replacement agitator for the Fuller Brush FPTM-PW Tidy Maid upright vacuum. Supplied as a full assembly, it includes the bristle roll along with its end bearings ready to drop into the cleaner head, so you replace the entire agitator unit in one step rather than rebuilding a worn roll.

The brushroll is what makes an upright actually clean carpet: its rotating bristles agitate fibers, break loose ground-in dirt and pet hair, and feed it into the suction stream. On the compact Tidy Maid, a tired brushroll with flattened bristles or sticky bearings is the most common reason the vacuum stops grooming carpet well.
