Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The H.P. Spot retractable hose system replaces the bulky traditional central vacuum hose with a hose that retracts directly into the wall tubing after use. This kit includes everything needed for a single retractable outlet: the rough-in box, the inlet door, and a 15-foot retractable hose, so there is no separate hose to carry, store, or trip over.

To clean, the user simply pulls out the length of hose needed and connects the cleaning tool; when finished, the central vacuum suction draws the hose back into the in-wall pipe through the inlet door. The 15-foot length is ideal for a bathroom, mudroom, garage, or other compact area where a full-length hose would be overkill. The kit installs into standard central vacuum tubing and integrates with an existing power unit.
