Three Hayden SuperValve inlets in white anchor this central vacuum kit, but the box is a full three-drop rough-in rather than three loose valves. It also carries three short 90 degree elbows, nine long 90 degree elbows, six 45 degree elbows, six couplings, two 90 degree sweep tees, wire hangers and straps, 80 feet of low-voltage wire, a can of glue, templates and instructions. Pipe is sold separately.
Central vacuum installs commonly plan for two or three inlets spaced through the house rather than one, since a single valve rarely puts every room within comfortable hose reach. White is the more common trim colour for newer construction and repainted walls, and choosing one finish for every inlet keeps the hardware consistent room to room, so confirm the finish on any inlets already installed before adding more.
SuperValve is Canplas Hayden's direct-connect electric inlet line, so the wall plate itself powers the nozzle and there is no separate pigtail cord to plug in at the inlet. Each valve closes automatically once the hose is disconnected, sealing the tubing against dust and drafts, and starts the power unit when a hose end seats. Measure the reach from each planned inlet with the hose length you actually own before ordering, since spacing is far easier to adjust on paper than after the wall has been cut.
