Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hayden mounting plate combines a rugged all-steel back plate with a riveted plastic hub, giving you the rigidity of metal framing support together with a plastic collar that accepts the central vacuum inlet pipe. The steel body bridges between wall studs to hold the inlet valve assembly square and solid during rough-in, while the plastic hub provides a clean, snug fit for the tubing. Part #765565W.
