Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hayden valve trim plate finishes the wall opening around a central vacuum inlet, hiding the rough-in cut and giving the installation a clean, professional border. The almond finish coordinates with warm-toned walls, outlets, and switch plates for a consistent look throughout the home.

The trim plate snaps over the valve mounting flange to cover gaps between the inlet and the drywall, making it an inexpensive but important detail when installing a new Hayden inlet or refreshing an existing one whose original trim has yellowed, cracked, or gone missing.
