Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hayden full-door central vacuum inlet valve provides a wall-mounted suction connection with a hinged full-door cover in an almond finish. The full door swings completely clear of the opening for easy hose insertion, then snaps shut to seal the port against dust and drafts when not in use. Part #2000-11.

Built-in low-voltage contacts start the central vacuum motor automatically when a compatible hose end is inserted, so suction begins without a separate switch. The almond color coordinates with warmer wall tones and trim. Note that this almond full-door valve is being discontinued and is available while current stock lasts, making it a smart pick for matching or repairing existing almond installations. A direct replacement for cracked or worn full-door inlets.
