Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Hayden Premier gasket for the cone and dirt bucket on Hayden central vacuum power units. It seals the joint where the dirt receptacle or cone meets the unit body, keeping the connection airtight so suction is not lost and so collected debris stays contained when the bucket is emptied and reseated.

A flattened, brittle, or torn gasket lets air leak in around the dirt bucket, weakening suction throughout the system and allowing fine dust to escape. Swapping in a fresh gasket restores a clean, positive seal in minutes.
