Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Restore a tight seal to your retractable central vacuum inlet with the Hide-A-Hose HS6000 Pro Valve Cone / Gasket (Part #HS6000V10). This replacement cone and gasket is the sealing component inside the HS6000 Pro inlet valve that lets the system grip and retract the hose while keeping airflow leak-free.

  • Genuine Hide-A-Hose service part for the HS6000 Pro valve.
  • Replaces a worn, cracked, or hardened cone/gasket that causes weak suction or a hose that no longer retracts cleanly.
  • An inexpensive wear item that restores full sealing without replacing the entire valve assembly.

The Hide-A-Hose retractable system stores the cleaning hose inside the wall tubing; the valve cone and gasket form the air seal that drives retraction and maintains suction at the inlet. Over time these soft components compress and degrade. Swapping in a fresh HS6000V10 cone/gasket is the routine fix for restored performance on HS6000 Pro inlets.
