    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Genuine Hoover brush roll housing for WindTunnel upright vacuums across the U6401 through U6476 range. This housing is the molded chamber surrounding the agitator brush roll; it captures the roll's end bearings, sets the brush height against the carpet, and routes loosened dirt into the WindTunnel airflow channels.

    A cracked or worn housing lets the brush roll wobble, throws off the height adjustment, and can let the drive belt slip, all of which sap pickup on carpet. Fitting this replacement (SKU: 37243014) gives the agitator a true, rigid mount again so the WindTunnel system grooms and cleans the way it should.
