This Hoover WindTunnel power-nozzle flat belt (Part #FB036) is the replacement for Hoover Style 036 and fits the Conquest commercial power nozzle along with WindTunnel power-nozzle systems. It drives the brushroll inside the nozzle, turning the agitator brush that beats embedded grit and pet hair up out of carpet so the canister or central-vac suction can pull it away.
Commercial machines run long hours, and a power-nozzle belt that has stretched or cracked is the leading reason the brushroll slows or stops and carpet pickup falls off. Fitting a fresh FB036 restores correct brush speed and full agitation. Built to the original Style 036 dimensions, it seats cleanly on the drive pulleys without slipping.
