Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Jinhua 35-foot low-voltage central vacuum hose (Part #30058) is a complete crush-resistant hose assembly built to reach across large rooms and multiple floors from a single central vacuum inlet. Measuring 35 feet long with a standard 1-3/8" diameter, it connects to power-brush systems through integrated low-voltage wiring, switching the powerhead motor on and off directly from the handle.
