    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Johnny Vac 38mm carpet and floor brush is a genuine combination floor tool that switches between bare floors and carpet at the flick of a foot pedal. The 38mm (1-1/2") neck fits standard Johnny Vac canister wands, letting you glide across hardwood, tile and low-pile carpet without swapping attachments.

    The brush strip drops down to protect smooth flooring and retracts so the wide intake lifts embedded dirt from rugs. A swivel coupling keeps the head tracking smoothly around furniture and into corners.
