    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is a replacement HEPA H11 filter for the Lindhaus LW35 Flexy scrubber dryer, part 033000000. HEPA H11 media sits toward the fine end of the standard filtration classes, built to catch particulate that a plain exhaust filter would let through.

    HEPA-rated media does its work at the last stage of the filtration path, which is exactly why it has to stay intact. An element that has darkened, stiffened, torn or lost its shape is no longer sealing the way it should, and airborne dust can start bypassing it instead of being held. Fitting a fresh H11 element restores that seal.

    For reference, Lindhaus publishes the LW35 Flexy as a compact battery scrubber dryer running a single 300 W Rotafil suction motor on a 36 V lithium pack, so if your machine is a larger or corded Lindhaus scrubber this is not the filter for it. We do not have Lindhaus documentation confirming whether this element is washable or single use, so check your machine's filter compartment before assuming either way, and order against the number on the element you are replacing.
