This is the standard carpet nozzle for the Lindhaus LW38 CC carpet cleaner, part number 185430381. On that machine the front suction nozzle is the part that recovers the water sprayed onto the soft roller, immediately behind the point where the roller works solution through the pile, which is what leaves carpet slightly damp instead of soaked.
Lindhaus puts water recovery on the LW38 Carpet Cleaner above 90 percent, with the roller turning at 1500 rpm and the front nozzle extracting as the machine moves, bringing drying time down to roughly 20 to 30 minutes. That recovery figure depends on the nozzle sealing correctly against the pile. Once a nozzle is cracked, worn or knocked out of shape the seal breaks and recovery drops, which shows up as carpet that stays wet longer and dries looking streaked.
