Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built for continuous commercial cleaning, the Lindhaus LW46 Electric is an 18" (460 mm) corded walk-behind scrubber drier that washes and dries hard floors in a single pass. The mains-powered version of the LW46 platform, it delivers unlimited run time for large facilities where uptime matters, covering medium and large surfaces from roughly 200 to 2,000 square meters.
With a base profile of just 230 mm (9"), one of the lowest available, it reaches beneath shelving, tables and fixtures that taller machines miss. The front-projecting cylindrical brush roller spins at 1,200 RPM to scrub right up to walls and skirting boards, eliminating most hand detailing. The 160°-adjustable tiller fits operators of any height and folds for transport, and the roller and squeegee change in seconds with no tools, letting the machine scrub, polish or refresh low-pile carpet as needed.
Independent clean and recovery tanks keep dirty water separate, and every filter is treated against bacteria, fungi and dust mites for hygienic operation.
