The Axis Upgrade Kit (SKU 402AMFPPK) expands what the MD Axis floor brush can do by adding three accessories in one package. Note that the Axis brush itself is sold separately.
- Axis Glide Plate: snaps onto the underside of the Axis brush, covering the bristles so the head glides over low-pile carpet and rugs.
- Axis Microfiber Pad: slips over the brush once the Glide Plate is fitted, turning Axis into a dust mop for hard floors. Dry use only.
- Axis Fringed Microfiber Pad: the same slip-on design with fringe around the edges that grabs larger debris while dust mopping. Dry use only; also requires the Glide Plate.
Together these pieces let one Axis brush handle bare-floor vacuuming, low-pile carpet, and microfiber dust mopping. Both pads depend on the included Glide Plate, so this kit is the simplest way to get the full Axis system in a single order.
