Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Charles and George are the NaceCare and Numatic canisters that take the NVM-2BH HepaFlo bag, sold here ten to a pack. The bag code, not the machine's name, is what identifies the right bag.

The code matters more than the name here. Numatic uses NVM-2B and NVM-2BH for this size, and either marking identifies it. A bag that is close but not correct will not seal properly against the machine, and the dust it lets past ends up loose in the housing rather than in the bag, which is a worse result than a bag that is simply full. Where a cleaning fleet runs more than one Numatic size, keeping the codes straight on the shelf saves a wasted changeover mid-shift.

Part 36121. A bag run past full is one of the most common reasons one of these canisters loses suction with nothing else wrong with it. Airflow falls away steadily as the bag fills, so change it on how the machine is pulling rather than on how full the bag looks.

Keep a pack ahead of the one in use. A machine standing idle for want of a bag costs more than a spare pack on the shelf does, which matters more where the vacuum is part of a daily cleaning route than where it comes out once a week.
