    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This cogged drive belt (Part #87601+008+4610) is the replacement brush roll belt for the Oreck Halo upright vacuum. A cogged belt has molded teeth on its inner surface that lock into a toothed pulley, so it drives the brush roll positively without the slipping that smooth belts suffer once they wear.

    That toothed engagement matters on the Halo, where the agitator must keep spinning at a steady speed to lift dirt, hair, and grit from carpet. If the brush roll stops turning, runs intermittently, or the vacuum clatters, the cogged belt has typically stripped a tooth, split, or worn. A fresh belt re-establishes solid tooth contact and returns the brush to full speed.
