Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Panasonic UB8-style replacement belt restores brush-roll drive to your upright vacuum cleaner. It is engineered to fit the Perfect P31130 upright and replaces the original Panasonic part #MC-V270B, delivering the correct tension to keep the agitator turning and the carpet pile properly groomed.
