Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pipe adapter (Part #2027-1) bridges a 1-7/8" tangential motor discharge port to standard 2" central vacuum pipe. It is the fitting installers use to connect the exhaust side of a central vacuum power unit to the rigid 2" PVC tubing that vents the system, ensuring an airtight transition between two otherwise mismatched diameters.

Tangential-discharge power units expel motor exhaust through a 1-7/8" outlet. Because most central vacuum networks are plumbed with 2" pipe, this stepped adapter is required to make the connection clean and leak-free. It is compatible with Hayden and other standard central vacuum tubing systems.
