Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Plastiflex's 30-foot dual-voltage direct-connect central vacuum hose, SKU CBEZ138030DCN, takes power for the electric nozzle straight through the wall inlet rather than through a plug-in pigtail cord. Dual voltage is the central vacuum term for a hose that carries both the mains current an electric power nozzle needs and the low-voltage switching that starts and stops the system from the handle.

Direct-connect wiring only works with inlets and wall plates built to carry current through the valve contacts themselves, so confirm your central vacuum system was installed that way before ordering. A system wired for pigtail power will not run the nozzle off this hose without also swapping the inlet hardware, which is a wiring job rather than a hose swap.
