Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The added length over the 30-foot model helps cover larger rooms and longer runs from one inlet, while a universal round chrome stub tube keeps it compatible with a wide range of wands and accessories.
