Every central vacuum pipe run depends on couplings, and SKU 507 is the standard PVC vacuum coupling for the job. It connects two pieces of central vacuum pipe end to end, turning individual tubes into one continuous line from inlet valve to power unit.
Order plenty when you buy pipe — MD's 4-foot tube packs do not include couplings, and it is far better to have a few spares in the toolbox than to stall an installation one fitting short. They are equally handy for repairs, where a damaged section of pipe is cut out and a fresh piece is coupled in on both ends.
