Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Height is the entire argument for a telescopic wand: adjust it once and the floor tool meets the carpet while you stand straight. Part 60237PI is the SEBO wand that comes with the plastic insert fitted.

The tube spans the distance between hose handle and floor nozzle, its inner section sliding through the range and locking wherever it is let go, so one machine suits a tall user and a short one without either of them stooping. When ordering, the ends matter far more than the middle: each coupling is dimensioned around a particular family of machines and nozzles. Something almost right will either whistle at the joint and lose you draw at the floor, or refuse to latch at all. The reasons one gets changed are usually a lock that slips partway through a stroke, a dented outer section that will no longer close, or a coupling that has stopped clicking home.
