Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep the brush roll on your Turbocat EX Zoom turbine power nozzle properly spaced and aligned with this right-side shaft support washer (Part #8561). This washer seats against the right-hand shaft support, taking up end-play and providing a smooth bearing surface so the agitator shaft turns freely under turbine power.

A missing or worn support washer allows the brush roll to drift sideways, leading to uneven carpet agitation, rubbing, and accelerated wear on the end caps and bearings. Installing a fresh washer restores correct shaft clearance and quiet operation.
