This is the TurboCat EX Zoom base plate, the bottom sole plate of the air-driven TurboCat Zoom turbine powerhead. The base plate forms the underside of the nozzle, framing the brushroll opening and providing the smooth glide surface that rides across carpet and bare floors while setting the brushroll's height of contact.
