Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 25-foot Hi-Reach attachment kit is the longest in the series, giving crews the reach to vacuum very high ceilings, exposed ductwork, rafters, vents, and elevated fixtures entirely from the floor. Suited to both domestic and commercial applications, it includes three extension wands that join together for up to 25 feet of working reach in spaces with significant overhead height.

  • Reach: Up to 25 ft using three extension wands
  • Application: Domestic and commercial overhead cleaning
  • Targets: Very high ceilings, HVAC ducts, vents, beams, rafters, and tall storage racks
  • Connection: Standard commercial 1-1/2" (38mm) fitting

Part #93279 is a universal-fit system that works with most standard commercial vacuums and accepts Hi-Reach ventilation and surface brushes. Ideal for warehouses, gymnasiums, atriums, and industrial facilities, it removes the need for lifts or ladders when cleaning the highest dust-collecting surfaces.
