    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Hi-Reach curved ventilation tool is purpose-built for cleaning large round ductwork and ventilation surfaces in the 2-foot to 4-foot diameter range. Its curved surface brush conforms to the contour of big ducts, pipes, and vents so bristles stay in contact with the surface, sweeping away accumulated dust and debris as the vacuum pulls it clear.
