    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the non-LED VacPort valve, finished in white to match standard cabinetry and appliances. It is a plain hardware item with no lighting or electronics, which is one less thing to fail behind a kick panel where getting at it again means pulling the trim off.
