The VacuMaid DC-1020 is a replacement cyclonic dirt canister for VacuMaid central vacuum power units. Measuring 12" in diameter by 39" tall, this is the dirt can only (no motor) and is designed to slip directly onto a compatible VacuMaid motor pod to rebuild or upgrade an existing central vacuum system.
This canister uses VacuMaid's cyclonic separation together with an inverted bag filter. Incoming debris is spun against the canister wall and drops into the can, while the inverted bag captures fine dust before it reaches the motor. The combination keeps suction strong and protects the turbine from premature wear.
