Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The VacuMaid DC500 is a 12" paper-bag dirt canister for VacuMaid central vacuum systems. Supplied as the dirt can only (no motor), it pairs with a VacuMaid motor pod and is most commonly sold and installed with the P400 central vacuum power unit.

Rather than relying on cyclonic separation alone, the DC500 uses a disposable paper bag to capture dirt, dust, and debris. The paper-bag design makes emptying clean and tidy, traps fine particles before they reach the motor, and helps maintain consistent suction throughout the home.
