Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part P12531 is VacuMaid's replacement cone for cans built on the 12 inch diameter body. It is a moulded plastic insert that sits inside the can, and VacuMaid offers it as a service part so a damaged cone does not mean replacing the whole can assembly.

Plastic in a debris path takes abuse. It is struck by whatever the system picks up, and over years it can crack, split at an edge, or distort out of the shape it was moulded to. A cone that is no longer sitting in the can the way it was built to sit stops doing its job cleanly, and fitting a fresh one puts that geometry back without the cost of a new can.

Cone sizing follows the can rather than the model badge, so measure the diameter of your can before ordering. This one is for the 12 inch body, and VacuMaid builds cones for its other can diameters that will not interchange with it.
