The VacuMaid Model S2720 central vacuum motor pod (motor unit for the S2700 series) is a powerful 240-volt power head built for large homes up to 12,000 square feet. It uses an 8.4-inch 2-stage bypass motor rated for an extended 1,500-hour service life, producing 713 air watts, 147 inches of water lift, and 142 CFM of airflow.
This is the motor pod only, designed with both right and left intakes for flexible installation, and is recommended to be paired with the DC1200 dirt canister to form a complete split power-unit system. The pod measures 13-5/8 inches in diameter by 15-3/4 inches tall and weighs about 55 lbs, providing strong, long-lived suction across many inlets and long pipe runs.
