Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The VacuMaid SC14 is a 14-inch outer-diameter safety screen filter made for the VacuMaid SR800 and other 14" top-fill bag central vacuum models. Positioned behind the paper collection bag, it acts as a secondary filter that shields the motor from any fine dust or debris that slips past the primary bag.

This screen sits inside the dirt canister of 14" top-fill systems, trapping lint, hair, and particulate so only clean air reaches the motor. Keeping a sound safety screen in place is one of the simplest ways to protect the motor and preserve strong, steady suction.
