Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The VacuMaid VIF125 is the bag inlet fitting used on VacuMaid central vacuum units with an inverted-filter dirt canister. It directs incoming air and debris from the system's intake into the canister when the unit is run with a reusable inverted filter rather than disposable paper bags.

This fitting ships standard with the machine and is the correct part to keep installed for bagless, inverted-filter operation. If you later want to switch the unit over to disposable paper bags, you'll pair it with the long-stem bag adapter (part #BIF-125) to connect a paper bag to the inverted-filter housing.
