Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine floor head fits the original Vapamore MR-100 Primo steam cleaner, older style (2013-era). Part #90622 is the wide cleaning head that glides across sealed hard floors, distributing hot steam to sanitize, deodorize, and lift dirt without chemicals.

The older-style Primo uses a different floor-head design than the 2017 redesign, so this part is matched specifically to the pre-2017 connection. Stretch a microfiber bonnet over the plate and the head captures loosened grime as you pass over tile, sealed stone, laminate, or hardwood.
