Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the 7-meter (23-foot) white stretch hose assembly with handle for the Wally retractable hose system (Part #TBOWALLY2B). It is the optional extended-reach hose for the white Wally unit, roughly doubling the working length of the standard 13-foot assembly so you can reach across rooms and stairwells from one central vacuum inlet.

The expandable hose stretches out to about 23 feet while cleaning, then contracts down to a compact length for easy storage — eliminating the heavy coiled hose of a traditional system. The built-in handle gives you a secure grip and accepts your wands and cleaning tools. This is an optional accessory sold separately from the base Wally unit.
