Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 35 foot kit runs the identical Wessel-Werk TK286 turbine nozzle found in the shorter kit in this lineup, but the added hose length changes which homes it suits best: larger floor plans, rooms set farther from the nearest wall inlet, or a single inlet expected to reach more than one connecting room without dragging extra slack across furniture.

The TK286 itself does not change between the two kits. Suction through the nozzle spins an internal turbine, and the turbine spins the brush roll, so agitation tracks the system's airflow rather than any separate motor. A full bag, a partly blocked pipe run, or a pinched hose slows the brush before the loss becomes obvious anywhere else in the house, making the nozzle a useful early sign that something upstream needs attention long before the whole system feels weak.

The rest of the box matches the shorter kit exactly: a telescoping wand that adjusts to the user, a five-piece tool set for jobs the floor nozzle cannot reach, and a caddy bag with a wall hanger to keep everything off the floor between cleaning sessions.
