Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Villa is Wessel-Werk's original-style electric nozzle line, and this 30 foot kit pairs it with the EBK360 power nozzle, identifiable by its smaller, low-profile foot pedals for adjusting height and toggling the brush roll. Anyone who has run an earlier Wessel-Werk nozzle will recognize the EBK360's pedal layout as the more traditional of the two styles the brand currently sells.

Its brush roll is driven electrically rather than by suction, so agitation stays steady regardless of how full the bag is or how airflow is running elsewhere in the system that day, unlike a turbine nozzle that slows as suction drops. That steadiness comes with a requirement: a low-voltage electric hose connection, so it is worth confirming the existing system has that wiring in place before ordering this kit rather than a suction-only alternative.

Two wands stretch the reach for tall ceilings, stairs, and drapery, and a four-piece tool set covers dusting, crevices, and upholstery without a separate floor-tool swap. Everything packs down between the hose, wands, and nozzle body for storage between cleaning sessions.
